I'm a Little Worried...Could I Have (or be developing) Chickenpox? (May be a little long)?i'm 13 and have never had Chickenpox before. I had the vaccination when i was veryy young, but i have heard that i could still get it later on in life. I recently (on Saturday) just got my eyebrows and upper lip waxed. I hadn't known any irritations or anything but later that night i broke out a lot on my upper lip and in the areas in which i'd gotten my eyebrows waxed. Thinking it would go away, i simply washed my face with a cleanser and went to bed.
The next morning it was still there. My mom told me to use some witch hazel because we saw on the internet it would help. The tiny bumps are still there and they started itching. Later that day i used astringent but that still didn't work either. I could hardly go to bed because it was very itchy and i kept waking up in the middle of the night. When i woke up today (Monday) my face was a little dry all around the mouth area. I put on some lotion and it went away. Though the bumps are only on my upper lip and around the area where i got my eyebrows waxed i'm having other itches such as on my legs and a little on my arms, but no bumps. I've recently been coughing and i have a little bit of a headache, but that's pretty normal because that happens almost everyday after school
I just REALLY need to know because even though no one at school mentioned seeing bumps on my upper lip it is very unattractive and has been making me self conscious all weekend.
Could I have chickenpox?
Any reccommendations on what to do?
What are the signs of chickenpox?

Your skin is just very sensitive and if anything you may have an allergic reaction to the wax. It will eventually go away.
Get the facts on the chickenpox vaccine, treatment, causes (varicella zoster virus, VZV), symptoms and signs (itchy, red rash).
