Chiken Pox Precautions?I need to ask precatution against chicken pox. My room mate has catched chiken pox yesterday and I am afarid that it will catch to me; but I took chiken pox vaccination called varilrix ten days before. I heard that if we took the vaccine it will not catch to us.

You may well escape! If you do catch it it should be milder. Make sure your roomy is okay and keeps the spots clean, advise her not to take ibroprofen which can mask symptoms of septacemia. If she's only just come out with the rash she may be able to get Acyclovir from the doctor (has to be taken within 48 hours of the rash starting) which may help lessen the symptoms. Equally if you do get a rash you can ssk for it too.
Sometimes people who had had the vaccine still go on to get a milder form
