blood test to prove immunity (mumps, measles, etc.)?i had my shots when i was a lil kid in the philippines, i moved to minnesota so right now i wanna volunteer but they need my immunization records for mumps, measles, chickenpox, rubella, tuberculosis, hepatits b and all that.. the thing is my pedia in the philippines is dead, and i heard that taking a blood test to prove my immunity should do the job, and to know which ones i still have to take. i heard that theres a free blood test at any walmart, is that true?. i just wanna know my options. so u have any suggestions? i dnt wanna spend money. thanks! 10pts for best answer btw..

You can either get the vaccines again or get the blood tests. Depending on where you go one might be cheaper than the other. You might try your local health department. For TB you will need a skin test.

Once you get the results of tests, or get the shots again, make sure you keep the records where you can find them. You will need them again if you enroll in school.
