Not if you refrain from picking at them. It's not like smallpox. Get some Benadryl cream or calamine lotion for the itching. You can't get scabs in your mouth; the skin is too thin. After the scabs fall off, try putting Vitamin E cream on them, to speed healing. There are also creams that prevent scarring. I can't remember the names; just ask a pharmacist.

Scarring occurs primarily from scratching. Scratching can gouge craters in the skin or introduce bacteria into the sore. If you leave the scabs alone, few if any will scar. If a scab splits open for some reason, immediately apply iodine or use an antibiotic ointment. Scabs that are located in places such as the lips the might split open from movement, and they might scar without scratching.

All the pox scab over. The scabs in the mouth are different from the scabs on the skin. Mouth scabs are more like blood clots than scabs.

"Do all chicken pox turn into scabs?" -- Yes, that's the normal course of the rash.

"I just wanna know for cosmetic purposes" -- Fair enough. But don't be tempted to pick them off. You can cause permanent scarring.

"Also, do the ones that are in your mouth and stuff scab?" -- Yes. Don't know what you mean by "stuff" though.
