Go talk to a plastic surgeon, they have what's known as micro abrasions they can do and it gets rid of scars.

go to a good dermatologist and they can sand them out! sounds crazy, but had it done in the 60's....

I had a girl friend, when in high school and she went into the hospital, as an in patient, and actually had her face sanded. It looked really good, when finished. Her skin had a reddish complextion for sometime.
Check with a dermatologist for details. This is elective surgery, so I don't know if it would be covered by insurance.
