If they are fresh use vitamin E oil every day . If they are old scars it will help to minimize them in the long run .
BUT - if you have chicken-pox now - rub calamine lotion on the pox , and do not scratch . Then the marks will fade away when the chicken pox is over .

I don't think you can really get rid of them. Maybe laser surgery, but it's not worth it. A lot of people have had chicken pox.
