i got the chicken pox booster yesterday..3x3 inch area is VERY puffy/hard. also pretty red, too..?i guess the shot is new..but they didnt mention any side affects like this. could i be having a mild allergic reaction?

They inject a live virus into you so this is not uncommon side affect. I'd not worry unless it doesn't go away in a few days.

My son also got the booster 2 days ago and he has the same reation. Numbness, swelling ,hardness and pain. We hope it goes away soon. if not what do we do?
