Is it possible to get chicken pox if youve had the vaccine?I havent had chicken pox but i had the vaccine and im only 13 thank god. I have found like 4 little red pimple spots on my body so far, and this is 3 days after i was at my friends house whose baby brother had chicken pox. im really worried, cause my dad never had chicken pox and its bad wen adults get, and by the way, why is it bad? so please please please help me.

Yes, the vaccine just reduces the likelihood and possibly the severity if you do get it.

Yes it is. I knew someone who had all of her kids get this vaccine and all four still got chicken pox. It was a mild case mind you but still the chicken pox.

im not sure if you have the chicken pox. But, yes, it is possible to get them with a vaccine. Its kind of like the flu shot. I had it and i Still got flu. I really hope that you don't have them!! Good luck!!!!! :)

Yes it is possible, but you would have a milder form because you have had the vaccine. The chicken pox is worse on the elderly because it is the same virus that causes shingles which is very painful.
