Is it possible to have both chicken pox and fifth disease?

Is it possible to have both chicken pox and fifth disease? My daughter (2 yrs 10 mo) has had chicken pox for the past 9 days and it has started to subside. Today she had red blotches around her eyes and on her cheeks. It has slowly got worse throughout the day. She has been to the doctors today and nothing was mentioned as she also has eczema. BUT...I do not think the rash on her face is eczema. It looks more like fifth disease (slapped cheek syndrome). Can you get both at the same time? Thank you.

She has had some antihistamine medications just in case it is an allergy rash, but it has not subsided.

of course -continue to treat the symptoms, wash hands better, and see the pediatrician.

with fifth disease your daughter would be running a high fever as well so and she would break out in a rash from head to toe. My daughter got it at 9 months old and it was horrible. But yes it is possible to have both at the same time
