My son is 6 yr.s old and right now has these lil bumps on his arms and finger and one on his leg. Chicken pox?my son woke up this morning with lil bumps and a sore throat and not feeling very well. and I have tried web md but was just wondering if it it could be mosquito bites or chicken pox or something. Does anyone have any idea what it could be?

Chicken pox occurs all over the body, not just the arms. It might be mosquito bites like you said, they're starting to come back in mid-spring to early summer.

Could be chicken pox - it's usually a springtime illness. Does he have a fever? He might need to be seen by the doctor.
