What is the cost of the chicken pox vaccine for someone who is paying out of pocket (does not have insurance)?

What is the cost of the chicken pox vaccine for someone who is paying out of pocket (does not have insurance)? My mom's health records have been lost, so she cannot prove for her phlebotomy class that she had the chicken pox as a child. Therefore, she needs to have the vaccine, but she would be paying on her own because she has no insurance right now. She is looking to get the vaccine from the Health Dept.

A titer for varicella immunity should be cheaper than vaccine, especially since vaccination requires two doses. I would call the health department and see if they are able to do this, or how much the shots are if that is what she wants. However since she is sure she had chickenpox already I would go for the blood test.
