Would a one hour contact with Chicken Pox be enough for me to transfer it to an elderly relative?

Would a one hour contact with Chicken Pox be enough for me to transfer it to an elderly relative?I'm a taxi driver that had short contact with a 20 year old with Chicken Pox. Tomorrow is Thanksgiving and I had planned to visit with elderly family members, some of them frail. I've read that it's initially contagious 1-2 days prior to the outbreak, after a 14-21 day incubation. Most of my family says to come along, I fear the worst if I do. Any ideas?

do you have any signs of chicken pox right now? coz they are easily seen and felt.. and you will be itchy everywhere.. if so, then don't contaminate the rest of the family...
if not, then have fun with them and enjoy your thanksgiving!

goodluck! ^__^

Get the facts on the chickenpox vaccine, treatment, causes (varicella zoster virus, VZV), symptoms and signs (itchy, red rash).
