Take a pregnancy test. If you think, you may be more than 10 days prg it may come positive. MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH YOUR GP.
Good luck!

In two days take a test and if it comes back positive or negative I'd go if you've missed a period and tell them you think you MAY be pregnant and that you have chicken pox and you are worried.

There are some risks involved when a pregnant woman comes down with chicken pox. Statistically the risk is quite small, though. If chicken pox occurs within the first trimester, the risk of birth defects is 0.5-1 percent. Possible birth defects may be scars, eye problems, poor growth, small head size, delayed development, and/or mental retardation. In years past women who got chicken pox while pregnant were encouraged to abort their babies, but that is not the case now. Even if you don't have chicken pox while pregnant, the risks of birth defects are present with statistically about 1 of every 28 newborns has one or more of the over 3000 types of birth defects. If it does turn out that you are pregnant, your doctor will want to know about the chicken pox and will likely monitor you a little more frequently than usual and perhaps offer you additional testing options. Be aware, though, that not all the tests offer guaranteed results, but rather give you your risk of certain conditions, not that your baby will have it for sure. At this point in time there is nothing you can do since you already have the chicken pox. If you had been trying to conceive and hadn't had the chicken pox, you could have gotten the chicken pox vaccine, but that isn't an option now. You are sick, so focus on taking good care of yourself. Chicken pox in adults can be pretty rough. It'll be hard not to worry about a possible baby, but the odds on your side that everything will be just fine.
