My 1 year baby has chicken pox.?I just started giving hm baby vitamins of ABEDIC because he is not eating any solid food.I wonder after 2 days of adding this vitamin in his milk he suffer from chicken pox. any body exp this, there was no exposure of baby with person having ch pox, it could be side effect of this vitamins or any allergy caused by this or just happend naturally,

Chicken pox is a virus & wont/cant be triggered by vitamins.
CPox is contageous before the spots apper so he may well have been exposed at the shops etc without you being aware of the contact.
Allergy can cause spots to appear & yes a couple of days would be a timeframe to expect as it can take a build up in the qty of the allergin in his system to trigger the reaction.
I would stop the vitamis & consult a Dr to have the rash identified professionally
