chronic illness after the chicken pox?

chronic illness after the chicken pox?My two children got the chicken pox in Nov. (they did have the chicken pox shot as infants, now they are 8 and 9). Ever since they got the actual chicken pox they have been sick ever since with colds, flu, bronchitis, and chronic headaches. Is there any correlation>?

any time you get sick from a virus such as chicken pox (chicken pox shot does not guarentee you wont have it, much like the flu shot..people still get the flu) but anway, anytime after youve become sick exspecially with somethin that affects the body as much as the chicken pox due, it reduces your immune system making you more suseptable to other illnesses, add to this the cold and flu season of winter and your bound to run into problems, your kids immune system should safely rebuild itself come spring with the germs and cold and everything else arent so abundant
