my mom said its get rid of chicken pox or something like that.

yes you can bath you may wanna try a oatmeal bath to calm any itching and irritation. The bath will also lower the fever.

sure it will help with the swelling and the itching. Take a luke warm bath instead of a really hot one.

I say yes. Get some Aveeno or oatmeal for a soothing bath that will help your chicken pox. Just make sure not to have the water too hot. Feel better soon!
