pregnancy blood test?tomorow i'm going to the doctor's to get a chickenpox vaccine because someone i come into frequent contact with just contracted the virus, and i don't want to contract it as well as an adult.... my husband and i have had a lot of unprotected sex this month and so tomorrow they will be doing a pregnancy blood test as well. however, im not supposed to start my period until 3 more days. if i am pregnant, would they be able to pick up any level's of hCG this early? whats the earliest any of you have had a positive blood test?

with a blood test they should be able to pick up the hormone. there are urine test out there that can pick up hcg at 5 days before missed period good luck and hope you get the result you want
